At Murray Cod Australia, we breed, grow and supply premium Murray cod to high-end restaurants, wholesalers, seafood retailers and export markets.  As a vertically-integrated producer, we have control over quality from pond to plate. With full traceability, we track the product through all stages of farming, processing and distribution, as you’ll see below:
